So, many of you know that myself and 2 of my very good friends, Richard and Gary will be undertaking the Polar Circle Marathon on 24th October. 26 miles over snow and ice in -10 degrees around Kangerlussuaq, Greenland! It's going to be immense and also very hard!! Whilst we are all really looking forward (I think) to the personal challenge we decided that it would also be a great opportunity to do something not just for us, so we are raising money for Medecins Sans Frontieres. This is an organisation very close to my heart and I have had the privilege of working with them previously. They are an incredible organisation that provide much needed medical and psychological care to largely forgotten and vulnerable populations around the world. I think I speak for myself and Gary and Richard by saying a massive thank you to everyone already for your support o our challenge and also a huge thank you if you are able to sponsor us for this and help us raise some cash in support of MSF.
