I'm running not only to support the fantastic work that mental health UK does but to also benefit my own mental wellbeing and health. Running really helps me to feel my best so I'm setting myself the target of running a half marathon in October in my home town of Glasgow. Mental health impacts so many people in so many different ways and by donating today you're helping Mental Health UK to give the necessary support, advice and tools to individuals experiencing mental health issues.
