Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Throughout October I will be aiming to walk 10k steps per day (approx. 5 miles/8km) for the MIND charity.
Although mental health is talked about more today, we still don't talk enough about our mental wellbeing and just as importantly, highlight support we can access or recommend to someone we know is struggling.
MIND have helped me in the past and it is a charity that acts e.g. campaigning for better mental health support in the workplace and supports e.g. local support via their 100 local minds groups.
Times are tough for many of us now, however, if you can support my fundraiser for MIND and/or spread the word on their work, it would be greatly appreciated.

What do MIND do?
