Story
On 12 March 2016 I will be cycling from Mandalay in Central Burma to Yangon in the South.
The total distance I will be cycling is 445km over a period of 5 days. Some days I will be cycling 55km others will be 140km in temperatures between 30-35 degrees and humidity of about 70%.
Burma is a mountainous country which is also covered in thick jungle. Given the distance, heat, humidity and terrain this is going to be a tough challenge but one I am willing to face head on for a good cause.
Those who know me will know that I used to be in the Military and this is the reason why I have decided to raise money for Help for Heroes.
My goal is to raise £2700 towards this worthwhile charity and I need your help in order to achieve this goal. I have funded this trip myself so all monies raised will 100% go to charity. If you donate a penny or a pound it doesn't matter as every little counts
