This year I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for the charity RSVP (Rape and Sexual Violence Project) which is based in Birmingham. RSVP provides amazing free support, such as counselling and advocacy services, to people who have been subjected to sexual violence and abuse. Standing with survivors, helping them overcome their trauma and challenging victim-blaming attitudes, this is a fantastic charity and I’m looking forward to running for them in April! Any donations would be greatly appreciated- and feel free to follow me on Strava as I once again get ready to run a half!
