I'm taking part in Badminton-athon, a charity event hosted by Sheffield Forum Badminton Club aiming to raise as much money as possible for the NSPCC. We are going to play Badminton as long as we can hoping to break Guinness World Record currently set at 28 hr 00 min 37 sec!
The main goal, however, is the charity and the will to help by giving and participating. Winston Churchill said: "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give", so don't hesitate to donate no matter how big or small the amount will be, because EVERY little HELPS to give the children hope to make a (better) life too.
Badminton-athon will take place in Firth Park School in Sheffield S5 from 8am on the 22nd October finishing on Sunday 23rd. Everyone is welcomed to come and support us.
