I'm running the Belfast marathon this year to raise money for LHM, which is the only UK charity for children like Dylan who have half a heart. The charity provides much needed support and information to better prepare  parents before their baby is born with a heart defect and after the birth right up to when they can make their own judgements. It also tells you of any developments to do with new medicines or treatments and changes to the way Dylan is to be treated.
