I am taking part in the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon on the10th of October 2010 in loving memory of my mum Mary who we sadly lost on the 1st March 2007 to bowel cancer,

It is Important to me to take part in this event to help raise funds for others who have also had to experience this devastating illness, therefore your donations will be deeply appreciated.

 All funds will go to the beating bowel cancer charity . The charity helps raise awarness of symptons, provides information, education and support to bowel cancer patients and their families. I think you will agree it is a very worthy charity.

My training progress is all thanks to a very dear friend and running partner Esin Hunter my inspiration, although we have found it hard going at times we are on target to achieving 13 miles on the day :)
