Story
Hi again. Well I finally did my jump at 6.15pm last night. I enjoyed every moment of it and is something i would definitely do again. Just in case my boss looks on this page i had better say i am too busy to put on my video and pictures but I will be doing this later. Thanks again to everyone who supported me. It really is appreciated
Hi everyone. Just a quick update. Unfortunately the weather conditions were so bad yesterday that I was unable to do my jump but I have rebooked for 22nd September. A really big thank you to everyone who has so far sponsored me and to any else who sponsors me in future.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am going to do a tandem parachute jump, which is something I have often considered doing but didn't think I was brave enough to carry through. After chatting to a couple of friends (over a glass, or two, of wine) we all decided to raise money for Alzheimer's Society which many of you will know is an organisation that helped support my Mother for a long time. I cannot praise enough the people who supported my Mum and with whom I could ring when I needed to speak to someone who understood.
I have not set a target but hope that through your generosity I will be able to show my appreciation to those people who provide support to people affected by dementia.
