As you all know I have finally reached the end of my treatment for breast cancer. It all started at the beginning of the year and 8 months later I am well on the road to recovery.

Without the continuous support of my friends and family I would have struggled to get through some of the more difficult times and so a massive thank you is due to you all. The NHS have been fantastic, the system for treating breast cancer is both incredibly efficient and caring. Impressive!

Before I start to move on I have one last thing to do. I am running the 10K at Ashton Court in October in aid of Cancer Research so that I can give something back and hopefully help people undergoing their treatment for cancer in the future.
