Fairly last minute final decision but I’m going to be running the GNR 2021 next weekend. It was going to be the 40th GNR in my 40th year….. nearly!

I’d love to use the event to raise money for this charity- it holds a special place for me. Much of my work life is in involved in the care of patients diagnosed with OesophagoGastric Cancer. This charity helps support all those patients and their relatives.  In addition, the ‘Oesophagoose’ campaign helps raise awareness of the early signs and symptoms of this disease.( visit www.nogu.org.uk for more information)
