A few years ago my sister (Claire's aunt) was diagnosed with MS and then last January my daughter Heather, (Claire's twin) also got the diagnosis and it soon became apparent it was the progressive form.

Last October my neice did a charity run for MS and raised a shed-load of money so when Claire and I saw this walk come up in the South Downs we decided to give it a go and attempt to get a bit fitter in the process! If it all goes well maybe we'll go for the 40Km or even the 60Km another year!!
