Who in their right mind would climb down a building over 75 metres high (equivalent to over 10 TFC buildings stood on top of one another)? Nicole and Jane, that's who!!

 

Nicole and I are going to bravely abseil down the 250ft Opal 3 building in Leeds on Sunday 27th September to raise vital finds for BEN - the automotive industry charity. Please please please sponsor us and donate all you can to this very worthy cause!
