I'm celebrating turning 60 by walking from Lands End to John O'Groats.  This is going to be a challenge in so many ways - over 1200 miles, mostly on my own, walking through some of the most rugged and remote parts of the UK, carrying everything on my back for the best part of 4 months.  I'm looking forward to the challenge, (whilst feeling a little nervous!) and am delighted to be helping a fantastic local charity at the same time.  If you felt inclined to support me I'd be so grateful, and it would help the TVAA to continue their fantastic work.
