A huge THANKYOU to everyone who sponsored me for the Great North Swim on Sunday. It was a great success and a wonderful atmosphere.

Having survived this one, I'm now encouraged to go on to do more of these events. Next year I'm planning to do the Hellespont swim (Europe to Asia), again for charity.
