why am I doing this? Well the heart foundation have been brilliant supporting my dad following his heart attack and surgery and continue to offer support by way of improving his life chances through the heart foundation gym which both he and my mum attend weekly -

 

heart difficulties affect so many people all of us know someone or have ourselves been affected by heart conditions ,only yesterday (25th feb) my friends dad was rushed into hospital with chest pains  - research and monies to support interventions and health care are essential  so please support !!
