An adrenaline-fuelled charity challenge, participants will brave new heights at our abseil on Saturday 1st April 2023!

Story

Hi everyone!

Fraser is going to be celebrating his 30th birthday in April and I’m celebrating my 65th in August - and as a personal challenge- he’s going to go (for the first time) abseiling 80ft over Millers Dale Bridge, above the river Wye! Yes, he’s mad I know! (His mothers son)!

Hes going to do this to help raise much needed funds for my hospice in Whittington called St Giles.

I have a rare cancer called NET (neuroendocrine cancer!) and I’m off ‘end of life’ care (at the moment) and guess what? we’re going to do this (hopefully if I’m well enough) TOGETHER! Won’t that be absolutely incredible!! You can come and watch if you want to on the Saturday!

(We took our degrees at the same time - and graduated in the same year - but this is definitely a double act!)

So please, my friends and family- will you sponsor me - or Fraser.

Anything will help me raise my target of £250.  A coffee is now £3.85. Give up a coffee or two..?

Thank you so very much. Jane

It’ll be two birthdays to remember for sure!

Me and Fraser xx
