My wonderful, gorgeous and much loved husband and father to Sam and Danielle died peacefully yesterday at the Myton Hospice in Warwick. Jan has been battling cancer for the past 3.5 years and has stayed positive and strong throughout proving that he could out live the original estimate of 1.5 years of life left in him.

My thanks go out to all of the support from Dr Correa at the Aylesford unit in Warwick where Jan undertook months of chemo and the Myton Hospice where he finally died after 2 weeks of  love and care from all of the team there.

Please respect Jan's wishes in wanting a private family only funeral. In his words, "if Bowie can do it so can I". Instead of cards or flowers if you would like to donate anything then please support the Myton as without their support I don't know how we would have coped.
