People who know me will also know that I am in no way shape or form built for this!!!! - to say I am a lover and not a fighter would be an understatement…

However, you learn nothing by doing the same thing day in day out and having done this once before and know a bit more what to expect and the commitment level needed I feel I can give a good account of myself for what is a cause very close to my heart…

In the past 5-10 I’ve lost numerous friends, clients and colleagues to this horrific nasty disease and anything I can do to support the charities trying to prevent and rid this world of cancer I will happily put my hand up and get involved.

In addition in the last 5 years my Mum, Nan, Aunty and Uncle have all had various cancers and have all beaten it thanks to various drugs, therapies and care provided by our medical professionals. The NHS rely very heavily on charities to develop research and breakthrough drugs alongside big-pharma and the additional funding that is supplied by these type of events is crucial to moving forward and destroying this horrible disease.

So my target is £1000, I’m confident the amazing people I have in my world will achieve this and more and I hope on the night I can do you all proud!
