For some reason, I thought that spending a lot of hours training, getting kitted out in lycra, and riding 100 miles from the streets of the capital out across the Surrey countryside (with a couple of testing hills thrown in for good measure), would be a good idea.  So please support me by making a donation.

On Sunday 2nd August, I will be taking part in Ride London 2015, a 100 mile cycle following the 2012 Olympic route alongside 25,000 other competitors to raise money for Support Adoption for Pets.  A great charity that helps to give abandoned and homeless pets across the UK a second chance.
