I along with other colleagues from Lloyds Banking Group have taken on the challenge of cycling 500km over 7 days across Costa Rica in November this year, each with a fund raising target of £4000.  Between us and with matched funds from Lloyds Banking Group we aim to raise a total of £200,000.

The chosen charity is Alzheimer's, a disease that resonates personally with my grandmother suffering from and dying with vascular dementia.  The level of support and awareness at that time was minimal but with your support I can help change this by helping provide the tools for families and carers who look after loved ones suffing with Alzheimer's.
