On the 16th October , I am running the Amsterdam Marathon ( my second after Venice last year) I hope to break 4 hours.

I am running in aid of pilgrims hospice, who have been so fantastic in looking after my grandpa, Brian Goodwin who sadly passed away recently after a long illness . They have helped so many local people and families
