This year I've been lucky enough to join the fantastic guys and girls cycling from opposite ends of the country to raise money for Help Harry Help Others. My involvement stems from a desire to raise money for a fantastic cause set up by an inspirational young man. Many of us are amateur cyclists or complete novices and taking on the mammoth task of cycling over 300 miles is daunting to all of us.

Please sponsor me and make the embarassment of wearing lycra a little more bearable by giving to a great cause.
