I am turning 50 years old this year and decided to take on a personal challenge to mark this milestone . So i decided to run a 1000 miles from 1st January till my birthday in December since creating this page i am currently 423 miles into my challenge and you can see every mile covered on my Facebook page ( See Me 1000 Mile Challenge ) .

See Me is Scotland's Programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination and is managed by SAMH , I have seen first hand the impact this can have on someones life , people need to know that it is OK to speak out and talk about how they feel and should be allowed to live fulfilled lives without stigma or discrimination , so any donations would be greatly appreciated and
