On the 26th of April I will be participating in Tough Mudder in memory of Chris and in order to raise money for the Chris Salmon Foundation. Chris was a close friend of mine who sadly passed away five years ago from pneumonia as a result of a streptococcal infection. 

The Chris Salmon foundation has two main aims. Firstly it raises money to help fund research into the streptococcal infection that lead to the pneumonia in the hope that no-one has to experience what those who were close to Chris have. Secondly it helps fund educational projects throughout the Wirral such as the Chris Salmon Poetry Extravaganza.

Any contribution big or small would be greatly appreciated.
