IRONMAN Wales is one of the toughest courses on the circuit, with a sea swim of 3.8km, a hilly 180km bike ride which has over 2km of vertical climbs and then a marathon around Tenby. 

I am doing this to raise money for a great cause, and to test myself to the limit. Any donations make the extensive training all the more worthwhile. Thank you.
