Story

Hi,

I am doing the London Marathon 2019 in aid of *Lymphoma Action.

As many of you are aware, my fiancée Becca was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma in September of this year.

I have therefore decided to lace up my trainers for the London Marathon next year (a week before our wedding!!). Since Becca was diagnosed, I have personally felt rather hopeless as you have to leave your faith in the medical profession. However, I cannot praise the team at Kings College Hospital, London enough for the support they have given Becca since her diagnosis.

Throughout this period, Becca continues to amaze me, she remains positive and even during these extremely tough and unpleasant times for her she continues to put others first, regardless of how terrible she might be feeling.

For me, this is my personal way of doing something positive and raising awareness of this disease.

If you could please spare a few quid, we would extremely appreciate it, for a cause very close and personal to us. Every penny raised by Team Lymphoma will mean we can give even more information and support to people coping with a lymphoma diagnosis.

Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my just giving page.
