Story

Team Scotmid

Alistair Maclean, Craig Smith, James Blackburn and Martin Devlin

On Saturday 3 May we are biking 31 miles and hiking 41 miles in support of the Maggie’s Centres, aiming to beat our 23 hour time from last year!

Cycling off road from Fort William to Fort Augustus and then walking from Fort Augustus to Inverness.

The Bike & Hike is one of Maggie’s Centres flagship fundraising events, an average of 1,000 people come every year to the beautiful Scottish Highlands to bike and hike and raise much needed funds for Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres. 2014 will be the event’s 11th year, in its first ten years it has raised over £5m and nearly 6,000 people have taken part.
