Okay, so although I do the Fun Run every year, I have decided to raise money for a local charity who are doing a sterling job.

Acacia are a support group for mothers and their families affected by pre or post natal depression across North Birmingham.

The illness affects one in three mothers, and is often viewed with shame and guilt by the sufferer, almost as if having postnatal depression makes you a "bad mother".

Acacia is run and staffed by women and volunteers who offer support. A smaller charity, they're in need of donations to keep the service running. Please help a local cause by sponsoring me in the Fun Run!
