I am Jake who is 11 years old. I have recently become a young champion for eric uk to improve services to young children. I have suffered with my bowels since i was born and have been highly medicated all my life. Last year i had an ace stoma however this sadly did not work for me and now have a subtotal colectomy ileostomy. Eric uk do not only just help me but my family also giving advice and support where needed. My main goal is to get more support for schools to help children with bowel problems.

To raise money my brother and i will be walking up snowdonia  on 16th July 2022

£25 will help a family have 1-1 support

£50 could pay for a workshop where families can access support from an ERIC nurse

£100 could support our campaign work raising awareness in schools of bladder and bowel conditions
