Story
Many of you will know I did this back in 2014, I donated 12 inches of hair to The Little Princess Trust; which provides real hair wigs to children that have sadly lost their hair through cancer treatment. It's taken me THREE whole years to grow my hair back since the big chop, I've waited so long to have it back this length, and NEVER thought I'd be prepared to do something like this again, but knowing I made such a difference before has inspired me to do it all over again.
I'll have my hair chopped off again, on the anniversary date of the first chop 3 years ago, and to those who saw the video last time, be warned, I may cry again, because I LOVE my long hair!!! You're not just paying me to have a new fancy hair cut, please bare in mind I don't actually WANT to have my hair cut.
Last time I managed to raise enough money to create almost 6 wigs, and donated enough hair to make 2 wigs, which is absolutely incredible. It costs £350 to make just 1 wig, and 100% of the money raised goes directly to The Little Princess Trust. The charity receives no formal funding and is ran by volunteers who rely on fundraising so every penny does truly make a difference.
I'm SO grateful to everyone who donated before, you made such a difference to these beautiful, but poorly children. Any amount makes a difference so please give as much or as little as you can spare, any donation big or small will be truly appreciated. It's such an amazing cause.
When donating, click the Gift Aid box on the sponsor form and HMRC can apply an extra 25% of your donation at no extra charge to you.
Don't only think of how much better you'll make a child feel about themselves, but also remember how much I LOVE MY HAIR!!!
Thank you :) xxx
