I am running the Great South Run on Sunday 16th October to raise money for Portsmouth Hospitals Charity. 

In April 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer. Yet thanks to the skill of my incredible surgeon, and the amazing oncology department, I have just celebrated being all clear for 4 years! 

From the moment I started my treatment, I promised myself I would raise some money for the hospital. The care I received was outstanding, and I would like to give something back, even if it's just enough to buy some fans! (Because Level E sure is hot in the summer!)

Portsmouth Hospitals Charity funds a range of projects including improvement to existing facilities, the purchase of new and state-of-the-art equipment, staff training and helps foster research and innovation. This would not be possible without kind donations from the local community, legacies, corporate donations and grants.
