Story

Hi everyone!

As you are all aware, this event had to be postponed due to individual playing time increasing to much that it posed too high a risk of injury, so! . . .

In May, I will be taking part in a 120 hour (yes you read that right!) softball marathon game that will not only be a Guiness World Record Attempt but mainly an attempt to help raise money for equipment at Nottingham Univerisity Hospital, ward E39, in memory of Jay Oxley, who after recieving the best care here, lost his battle with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma at the very young age of 17.

We are aiming to raise money in his name and help other people who are currently fighting their own battles with the big C!

I am aiming to raise £500 and would greatly appreciate anyone's donation to help me reach my target, no matter how big or small, to get as many funds as possible for such a  worthy cause. You never know, someone you love (god forbid!) may need the help of these incredible peices of equipment one day!

Thank you!
