In August of 2014 my step grandson was diagnosed with MPS type 1 Hurler syndrome from this moment great ormond street have provide treatment and a high level of care in order to give my step grandson a chance of having the best quality of life without their help and expertise Jacks life expectancy would have been 11.5 years old, he no longer has a life expectancy and great ormond street will continue to support our little Jack throughout his life 

We haven't ever had to fight for any treatment and have always been given the best possible care we are truly greatful to great ormond steet and would like to raise money to help them to continue to provide the outstanding care they give to those children who need it
