Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I would like to volunteer for a fortnight on the Ghana Homeopathic Project to share my knowledge and experience to help further support their mission which has brought physical relief to many and continues to empower local people who, by training as homeopaths, brings more choices for healthcare and self-sufficiency. It is an excellent initiative that I'd feel privileged to participate in and would provide me with an opportunity to further develop as a practitioner and to exchange ideas and insights about approaches and attitudes from our respective cultures.
I've been in private practice as a homeopath since graduating with a Distinction from the Scottish College of Homeopathy in 1997 and subsequently taught philosophy and materia medica for several terms. I went on to do CPD on International Seminars with George Vithoulkas at the Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Greece and in 2007 with the Bengal Allen Medical Centre in Kolkatta with Dr. Sumata Banerjea. I also have a postgrad qualification for teaching further education.
The Ghana Homeopathy Project was established in 2006 and now eight years on with the support of locals, homeopathic organisations and the collaboration with other agencies in the region they have gone from strength to strength but future development and provision of services and training continues with support from generous individuals like yourself who recognise the project's long-term value to the people of Ghana.
Please help me make this happen by donating whatever you can to help cover visa, flights, accommodation/ living costs and project donations.
