Hello there!  I'm running the Eden Project half marathon in October for Mount Edgcumbe Hospice near St Austell in Cornwall.  This Cornish charity is very special to me as it was started by my great Auntie Olive Woolcock and has supported some dear friends and family through difficult times.

Why the Eden half marathon?  Well, my wicked mother-in-law decided it would be good for me - and signed me up!  This will be my second time taking part in this fantastic race, but I think she was trying to get her own back for 21 years of putting up with me!  Of course what she doesn't know is that I've signed her up for some dragon-taming - and if she survives that there's some hang-gliding I could send her on! 

So please help me to raise some money for the Hospice, which desperately needs funds, to care for terminally ill people in Cornwall .  It doesn't matter how large or small your donation is, every penny will count and donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
