Brainwaves NI is a local charity that I have chosen due to the great work they do in our local community and fund research nationally and locally at the CCRCB at Queens University Belfast. I have been moved by the plight of a very young girl who is currently being treated and by the remarkable journey of a young woman who battled for several years, far longer than envisaged, both of whom are well know to our family.  I would like to support the fantastic research ongoing at QUB to help others facing similar challenges.
