UPDATE March 2020: We will be running for our biggest supporter/fundraising manager Ally, our Daughter/Sister who passed away on February 23rd 2020.

Brain Tumour Research only receives 1% of cancer funding and kills more under 40s than any other cancer.  After losing a number of friends including Gemma, David and Michelle and our mother/grandmother Ivy to this disease, and with losing Gemma as recent as December 2018, we have decided to take on the challenge of running the London Marathon in 2020.  

We are a mother and son duo who felt inspired to enter after watching the 2019 London Marathon - neither of us have ran before, however we feel extremely determined to complete the challenge and raise as much money as possible.

Training has started, weight loss has hit just under 10 stone between us, and hopefully we will be able to complete the run in one piece!
