First and foremost, I'd like to extend my thanks and gratitude to those of you that have sponsored me over the last 2 years, helping me raise over £700 for the BHF. The money raised is put to good use by the BHF, since their inception 50 years ago, most babies survive when born with heart defects, pacemakers are helping people control their heart conditions and statins are lowering cholesterol levels... BUT there is still a long way to go.

    Again, this year I'm going to ride from London to Brighton and I'll be needing your good selves to sponsor me. I appreciate every donation, no matter how small it may be, but that's not what is important. The money raised goes towards helping all those millions of people in the UK who suffer from cardiovascular disease. It's still the biggest killer in the country, and I think you'll agree a very just cause for you to dust off the penny jar.
