Story

On Sunday 2 October 2022 I am running my first London Marathon in support of Newlife the Charity for Disabled Children.

Everyday Newlife is changing the lives of terminally ill and disabled children across the UK. They provide thousands of items of equipment to ease children's suffering when time is very precious. Childhood cancers, birth defects, accidents , diseases and infections can all cause disability and they are affecting children and their families everyday.
There are over 1.1 million disabled children across the UK, many of whom  are denied the vital equipment they need to alleviate their pain and suffering. Newlife is working to help as many of these children as they can. Why? Because if it were your child you would want the best for them.

As a direct result of your generosity and commitment Newlife will be able to expand its provision of specialist equipment to more disabled children, giving them both relief as well as the chance to fulfil their potential.
