Last year we tragically lost our friend Thom to lymphoma, at the age of just 39. A loving husband to Louise and father to Elliot, he was kind, always smiling and so fun to be with - we all feel incredibly lucky to have known him. 

In his final days Thom received crucial care and support from Dorothy House who ensured that he was comfortable and well cared for. This hospice provides invaluable support to thousands of individuals and their families every year,  however they rely on ongoing donations to continue offering their vital services.

In memory of Thom and to support this charity, Dan and I will be attempting to complete the Ultra Marathon Snowdonia, a 55km trail run over Snowdon, in May 2023.
