Story
Following on from the Charity Run for The Brain Tumour Charity in March, thought I'd go the extra mile (or extra 22) and run the London Marathon on 3rd October. I don't expect to get close to the £10,650 raised last time round, but any further support would be amazing.
Many of you already know, but back in March 2019 I was diagnosed with having a Brain Tumour, which i've been managing with the Neurosurgery team at Salford Royal. Since then, the support people have provided to me and my family has been touching beyond words and hopefully I'll continue to be able to do fundraisers like these which are critical to the survival of such important charities.
This time i'll be running in aid of the Brain & Spine Foundation. The Foundation is the only UK-wide charity providing information and support for every one of the over 470 neurological disorders which affect 1 in 6 people in the UK.
Again, any donations hugely appreciated.
Much love,
J
