We fund medical equipment and services to give our children the best possible care

Story

This epic undertaking was thought up after one of the " Water Rats" swim team thursday night training sessions ! what was some bright sparks idea has turned into reality & on the 7th May we set off from Lands End on an eight and a half day trip to John O"Groats .

The reason I have chosen to raise funds for Yorkhill Childrens Foundation is due to very good friends of mine who I wont name , they lost their son Adam to Leukemia at the age of three Adam who I never met must have been a very special boy , this I can only guess because of the way his mum & dad tell stories of him , he is never forgotten in the way they speak of him nor is the way that they were helped through this terrible time by the nurses and staff of Yorkhill Sick Kids Hospital , for this reason I would be very grateful if you could help raise funds for this worthy cause.

Many thanks Jack . P.S you can follow my team mates and I at http://www.waterratslejog.blogspot.com/ thanks again !!
