Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So I met Graham and Anita and their two great kids Isabella and Oliver. Well Isabella and I have a couple of things in common - the first is that we're both absolutely gorgeous!..... and the second is that we were both born with a cleft lip and palate.
The UK's national charity is the Cleft Lip and Palate Association, they provide invaluable help, advice and support to parents of children with clefts and to the children and young people themselves. The charity exists to provide these services through charitable donations alone and during these tough times needs your help more than ever.
So anyway, Graham, a keen cyclist and a few others had decided to do the "big one" - Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for CLAPA who had helped his family so much. He asked for volunteers to accompany him and I'm not sure whether I stepped forward or everyone else stepped back....
On the 26th of July we set out from Lands End and 12 days later after 1016 miles we reached our goal at John O'Groats. Although we have completed our task you can still donate, please pass this page onto all your friends, relations and work mates.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
