When a friend asked me to join her on the Alzheimer's Society's fund raising challenge of walking 46 miles from Lizard to Lands End to mark her 50th birthday (I'm not that far behind!!) I jumped at the chance to combine my love of Cornwall and walking and hopefully getting fitter in the process!
