I'm running the Bath Half Marathon for our friend Olivia Kershaw. 

Olivia is just over one year old and struggling. She was infected with a parasite before she was born, the chances of this happening are 1:100,000. The parasite caused inflammation in her brain and eyes. As a result of three months of intensive care, three brain operations and a long list of other procedures Olivia has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, blindness and other afflictions. Myself and 20 close friends are running the Bath Half Marathon on 4th March 2018 in order to raise money for Helen House, a charity that provides palliative care for terminally ill children and that has agreed to take on Olivia. Together we aim to raise £1,000 each to reach an ambitious target of £21,000 for such a deserving charity.
