Myself, Julia, Hollie and Marie have been working hard behind the scenes to raise cash for the children of Acorns Children's Hospice Trust. They were established in 1988 and offer a network of care for life limited and life threatened children and young people, and their families. Some of these children are not expected to reach adulthood and require specialist care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
