Story
Hi, thanks for visiting our page.
JCP Team Members: Clare Davies, Christopher Shaw, Rhian Smith & Rebecca Bennett.
On 18th June 2016 'Team JCP' will take part in the GE Aviation Wales Welsh3peaks Challenge to raise funds for Ty Hafan.
Ty Hafan - the hospice for children in Wales, is one of the UK's leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families throughout Wales. The charity offers comfort, care and support to life limited children (a child not expected to live beyond 18 years of age), young people and their families in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together.
This incredible charity provides expert comfort and support to families in their darkest hours and beyond.
Each member of 'Team JCP' feels passionate about this charity and the much needed support they provide to families throughout Wales.
Starting at 4am on 18th June, 'Team JCP' will climb Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-y-Fan, the three highest mountains in North, Mid and South Wales within a 15 hour time period to raise funds to help this charity continue with their incredible work. For further information please visit www.tyhafan.org.
Our training has commenced, pictures and updates to follow.
How did this come about?
