Thanks for visiting our page and engaging with our cause.... Our good friend and colleague Andrew has had a bit of a rough time of late so as a team we wanted to show him our support. Andrew is the heartbeat of our team and also unfortunately Scottish (you can't have it all) so we thought that we would take inspiration from the Proclaimers and Walk, Run or Ride 500 miles and if we need to we will walk 500 more!

The challenge is this .....over the next few months our walkers Emma, Michael, Stacey, Gemma and Geoff will walk 500 miles combined, our runner(loosely termed) Paul will run 500 miles and our cyclists Chris, Alan, Tobin and Kelvin will do 500 combined miles on a bike - to give this some context we will be covering the distance from Glasgow to Berlin and back!

This really is a team effort in support of a brilliant bloke so please donate and support the wonderful work that Macmillan do.....
