In aid of Livewire's Jailbreak and Macmillan Cancer Support (who are an amazing charity), I'm going to be running (and walking a bit, let's not lie) for 10 miles round the UEA lake.

While some students will be aiming to break as far away from UEA as possible, I will be sticking firmly to campus and enjoying the lovely scenery of the UEA broads for ten miles - Jailbreak becomes Jail-lake.

This is probably the most mental charity challenge I have agreed to do so far, and I worry very much for the state of my legs - but it's going to be worth it to raise some cash for Macmillan!
